HOW TO WIN

Make payments via Telcell Wallet and Telcell terminals, get home raffle tickets. *Starting from December 2nd, the generating of home raffle tickets from mobile phone replenishment via Telcell terminals is temporarily suspended.
If you are not yet an authenticated user of Telcell Wallet, you need to authenticate in order for your tickets to participate in the raffle.
You can find your tickets in the corresponding section of the website with the help of a 9-digit number. And remember, the more payments you make, the more tickets you get.
Follow the live online raffle and keep your Telcell Wallet phone number available. If you win, the host will call you a maximum of 3 times, and if he/she doesn't get an answer, the HOME will be replayed.

Starting from December 8, 00:00, due to RA legislative changes, the replenishment of betting accounts via Telcell system has been suspended.

  • HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS WILL WIN?
    Throughout the raffle, more than 40 users will receive various valuable gifts: electronics, household appliances and much more, and at the end, the main prize - an apartment will be given to the winner.
  • I RECEIVED TICKETS WHEN PAYING VIA TERMINAL, HOW SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
    If you received tickets from transactions made via terminal, be sure to download Telcell Wallet to activate them. In the upper right corner of the main page, you will see a house sign with the number of your tickets. Clicking on the icon will take you to the ticket section, where you will find tickets with unique 9-digit numbers. If you don’t find the ticket number, it means that you’re not fully identified in Telcell Wallet. To get fully identified, you need to attach your passport/ID and a bank card or open a bank account right in the application. After meeting these conditions, a unique 9-digit number will appear on each ticket, giving the opportunity to participate in the raffle.
  • WHAT ELSE CAN I WIN?
    In addition to the main prize, you can also win one of many other gifts: iPhone 14s, notebooks, a tour to Egypt, electrical equipment, household appliances and more.
  • WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I WIN BUT DON'T ANSWER THE CALL?
    When the presenter announces the number of the winning ticket during the live online raffle, he will immediately call the winning participant. If there is no response after 3 calls, the win will be considered invalid and the prize will be raffled off again.
  • I GOT TICKETS FROM A TERMINAL ONCE, BUT IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE. WHY?
    Each user receives tickets once when making a payment through the terminal by entering his/her phone number, and making a payment the next time he/she can enter another phone number, transferring the tickets to the user of the given number.
  • I AM IN THE TOP 10 FOR THE SECOND TIME, BUT I’VE RECEIVED A GIFT ONLY ONCE.
    In the interest of fairness, each participant in the TOP 10 gift tournament can only receive a gift once throughout the whole raffle. Regardless of the position, the participant who has already received a gift is not included in the tournament, and the next "top" participants who did not receive a gift are selected.
  • HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY TICKETS?
